Ebher O. Rossi is a graduate of the Fordham University School of Law. Prior to founding the Rossi Law Firm, P.A. he worked as an Appeals Referee for the North Carolina Employment Security Commission and as a Legislative  Analyst for the North Carolina General Assembly.

In 2004, Governor Easley appointed Mr. Rossi to the North Carolina Courts Commission. Mr. Rossi is a former board  member of the Alamance County Chamber of Commerce's board of directors and sits on the Governor's Council of Hispanic and Latino affairs.
